Nöbetçi EczanelerAydın Erdem is accused of cheating on his wife, Beyhan T., with actress Dolunay Soysert. A petition has been submitted to the Istanbul 4th Family Court, claiming that Erdem violated his loyalty obligation within the marriage by living with Dolunay Soysert, going on vacations together, and burdening his wife with household and children’s expenses. The petition states that the marriage ended due to Erdem’s severe fault, and demands a compensation of 50 million TL for both financial and emotional damages.
Beyhan T.’s lawyer, Ahmet Cidecioğlu, submitted the petition, revealing that Beyhan T. and Aydın Erdem got married in 2006 and have two children. The document alleges that Erdem cheated on his wife during their marriage, with the latest affair involving actress Dolunay Soysert. It is also mentioned in the petition that Erdem and Soysert are currently living together in a house in Arnavutköy owned by the actress.
The petition accuses Aydın Erdem and Dolunay Soysert of breaching their loyalty obligation by cohabiting in the same house, going on numerous vacations together both in Turkey and abroad, and spending the household expenses on Soysert instead of fulfilling their responsibilities towards the family. It further claims that Erdem hindered his wife from dealing with the family’s needs during his vacation by sharing a photo from Southern France with an alcohol glass in his hand, stating that he won’t send money and instructing Beyhan T. to handle everything herself.
The petition also warns that a mobile network analysis will reveal if Aydın Erdem and Dolunay Soysert were in the same location at the same time. It emphasizes that Erdem violated his loyalty obligation within the marriage by living with Soysert, going on vacations together, and burdening his wife with household and children’s expenses over the years. The petition requests the court to allocate the shared residence in Beşiktaş to Beyhan T. and the children during the trial period, and to grant full custody of the children to the mother. In addition, it demands a compensation of 50 million TL to compensate for Beyhan T.’s emotional distress and trauma caused by Aydın Erdem.
